Working within the Priory Triage Team of small group of healthcare professionals, we have implemented an exciting new service, where you will be involved in making crucial decisions for our Hospitals. We want to lean on your expertise as a registered healthcare professional and experience in acute settings to evaluate all patient referrals to Priory Healthcare. This will involve making decisions on the clinical appropriateness for a placement in one of our acute and PICU services.
We are proud of the acute services we offer and we want you to become an integral part of this business, enhancing the management of referrals into our hospitals by working as part of our dedicated clinical triage service.
We are looking for registered healthcare professionals who are confident in working independently and make clinical decisions based on information provided by referrers.
The role is based at Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal, but provides a service within Priory Healthcare across a number of sites; some limited travel to other sites will be required, for example as part of your induction. There is also the option to work remotely, and you will be provided with a mobile phone and laptop computer if required.
As one of the UK’s leading providers of behavioural care and specialist support services to adults and young people, Priory Group promise a challenging and fulfilling career with the support of a world class organisation willing to invest in your development.
Across our network of hospitals, residential care homes, education facilities and supported living services, we are making a real and lasting difference to the lives of the people we support.
All roles will be subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Access NI or Disclosure Scotland. We are an equal opportunities employer. Priory Group will cover the cost of a DBS check.
