This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to work in real estate valuations for a large consultancy. You will join an exciting small team within the comfort of a large organisation undertaking real estate valuations. The role primarily entails assessing 3rd party RICS valuations for year end audit purposes. The work itself can be fascinating as it is so broad in nature covering traditional and alternative asset classes from Offices & Retail to Infrastructure & Care Homes.
