**We are keen to hear from candidates who have a strong Business Analysis background mainly with process/requirements gathering stage within a project. Supplier and Stakeholder management in both Agile and waterfall environment is key also with experience of using various systems such as Oracle.**

The Role of a Business Analyst

Your role as a Business Analyst is to understand and analyse both user and business needs. You will ensure the outcomes are aligned with service vision and business strategy by contributing to the link between current and future business models, delivering to the business architecture.

You will challenge constructively and act as a critical friend to achieve solutions that are fit for purpose. You will facilitate collaboration and lead effective communication with all stakeholders to support design, build and delivery to meet the user needs.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Requirements drafting and analysis of systems and current business processes

2.Stakeholder/Supplier Management being able to communicate technical issues/queries into business jargon and vice versa

3. Develop Process maps and detailed narratives

4.Fast pace delivery and knowledge transfer/upskilling

5. Process driven 

6.Strong BA tools, techniques – especially “AS-IS”/ “TO-BE”

7.Strong process gap analysis skills

8. Resilient

9.Proactive in their approach

10.“Self-starter” who can manage own workload and priorities

11.Fast pace delivery and knowledge transfer/upskilling

12.Experience of using various systems such as Oracle, Lotus Notes systems (Desirable)

13.Quick learner
