Aave Limited is looking for experienced Chief Financial Officer with interest for decentralized finance, blockchain, cryptocurrencies and financial technology. Excellent opportunity to be part of changing finance permanently.

Aave expects:

  • Complete ownership of all financial and transactional aspects of the business
  • Implementing treasury management policy
  • Optimizing payments policies and auditing payments
  • Budgeting and periodical reviews
  • Manage company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity, disposals and acquisitions, as appropriate
  • Supporting periodic filings to the FCA
  • Working with management on strategic M&A and other investment decisions
  • Implementing and optimizing revenue generating models
  • Managing loan positions
  • Manage company cashflow internationally
  • Compiling KPIs for on-going operations and support fundraising
  • Manage the taxation and accounting reporting globally
  • Support leadership with innovating on new economic models
Aave is looking for:

  • Innovation-driven
  • Ability to make critical decisions
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with at least 5+ years' experience in executive leadership positions
  • Have 5+ previous experience of working in an FCA regulated business
  • Technically strong understanding in terms of controls and governance, international tax, corporate structures and compliance
  • Experience of working in companies that are partially VAT exempt would be useful
