You're an experienced Compliance Manager with a healthcare background or worked at a senior level in Healthcare.

Auditing, monitoring and reporting are your best skills, and you're happiest when you're doing them.

And motorways are your best friend, as you travel the country visiting sites predominantly in Wales and the South West.

As a Compliance Manager at Elysium, you'll report to the Director of Policy and Regulation, auditing the compliance of Elysium services with national regulatory standards both for England and Wales and best practice guidelines.

You'll have a thorough understanding of the Mental Health Act Code of Practice, Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.

This role will see you meeting with service users and managers as you participate in site visits, continually review operational statutory and legal requirements, monitor CQC, HIW and CIW requirements and recommendations, and produce action plans and reports following your visits. At present where possible remote working arrangements are in place.
