Digital Marketer, Portland Road, Hove, Salary from £29,200 - £43,800 & Benefits

The Digital Marketer is responsible for supporting the delivery of sales targets for Residential and SME products and services through Display, Paid Social and Programmatic campaigns that maximise sales and both short- and long-term customer value. You’ll report into the Senior Manager for Digital Campaigns.
You’ll take responsibility for the day to day deployment, monitoring and optimisation of all relevant paid digital campaigns, as well as the provision of campaign insight and analysis that underpins and support continuous improvement of campaign performance against KPIs.
Day to day the Digital Marketer will:
Implement paid digital media strategies – working with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver against targets
Perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google (DV360, SA360), Facebook and other display and programmatic marketing platforms
Maintain and monitor campaign performance, budget caps, and other important account and campaign-specific metrics on a daily basis – making tactical adjustments and optimisations as required
Ensure brand safety is applied and maintained across all campaign activity
Provide recommendations and execute strategies for campaign structuring, audience targeting and other facets of successful paid digital marketing campaign activity to deliver against EDF business goals
Direct and implement new display, paid social and programmatic campaigns and ensure best practice test and learn processes are applied to drive continuous performance improvement
Co-ordinate and input in to design of creatives for campaigns
Co-ordinate and input in to landing page design and strategy to align with objectives of display, paid social and programmatic campaigns being deployed
Work closely with organic social and brand teams to align and support on campaign plans
Support the Digital Campaign Manager in driving UX/journeys and e-Commerce platform improvements
Work closely with the Marketing Campaigns team to avoid cannibalization and ensure smooth running of all display, paid social and programmatic activity
Support Paid Search specialist to deploy and manage search and display campaigns in Google Ads and SA360
2+ years’ experience in Display, Paid Social and Programmatic
Experience working with popular Display, Social and Programmatic platforms (DV360, Facebook, SA360, Adwords, popular DSPs) and Campaign Manager
Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale Display and Social campaigns in a variety of different business verticals
Outstanding ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
Excellent analytical, organisational, project management and time management skills
Solid understanding of Display, Social & Programmatic strategies, as well as CRO and UX
Excellent stakeholder management and strong communications skills
DV360/AdWords/SA360 and Campaign Manager certification a plus
Strong understanding of the energy industry and retail markets
