Aon are currently recruiting a Global Benefits Consultant to join our team at our flagship office in the Leadenhall Building, London.  This is an agile role so the role offers a combination of home and office working.

About the Role

Global Benefits is a global business line for Aon with over 250 employees and the UK team consists of approximately 45 consultants and support staff.  The role of the Global Benefits team is varied and challenging, and the services we offer can take various forms, including:

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take on responsibility for advising their own portfolio of multinational clients on all aspects of employee benefits and coordinating Aon services provided through our extensive network to ensure client objectives are met as well as lead projects / new initiatives within the UK practice with a focus on M&A and supporting our clients throughout their journey of transformation. You will form part of the M&A Key Client Deliverable Team; this team provides Subject Matter Expertise to Global Benefits Colleagues and Clients within the field of M&A.
