Looking for an experienced Java Lead Developer to come in and assist with a new piece of work.


Essential skill sets required:

• Green field Java Development (Java 8/11 , J2EE)
• Micro services (Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Kafka/ JMS)
• Containerisation (Docker)
• Orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Continuous Integration/continuous deployment using Jenkins pipeline
• Database using Oracle, My SQL 
• Test-Driven Development J Unit, Mockito
• BDD using Cucumber, TestNg
• Source Code Management (Git repository, bit bucket
• Cloud automation using Terraform or cloud formation
• Front end technologies HTML5, javascript, CSS3, REACT to angular
• Demonstrable experience in Unix/Linux, Networking, Perl and Shell Scripting
• IDE tools using IntelliJ, Eclipse 
• Design Patterns SOLID, DRY
• build tools like Ant, Maven, Gradle 
• SOAP, REST
• Familiar with software development methods and frameworks, with an interest in Agile techniques and methods.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide written & verbal updates tailored to your audience.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• The ability to build and maintain internal/external stakeholder relationships to ensure quality and required standards are met and maintained.
