The purpose of this role is to support in the day to day running of the Strategic Distribution Management team. The role involves development of relationships and stakeholder management internally within Allianz, along with delivered management information and administrative support across the distribution teams in Broker Markets and EC&P.
Supports the Broker Distribution Management team and Strategic Account Managers with the smooth day-to-day operation of the teams core responsibilities - deal and commission management, provision of broker and branch management information and the close workings with the Regions to ensure disciplined adoption of the principles built within the Distribution Framework and Distribution Operating Model.
Provides required management information in conjunction with technical and MI teams to ensure ongoing management of Strategic Broker and regional distribution performance.
Collates and quality assures a range of data for reporting and analysis.
Acts as a data Subject Matter Expert (SME) to continually improve our insight capability and support business users of our data.
Liaises with internal and external customers to gather requirements for reporting or analysis and interprets information to generate insight or manage business processes, historically or in real time.
Supports the delivery of distribution driven projects e.g.. pipeline management / strategic broker development, regulatory developments, process improvements and ensures compliance with internal governance frameworks.
Keeps up-to-date with a combination of insurance market developments and partner/intermediary sector developments, pro actively understanding the potential impact/opportunity and driving discussion on change e.g.. new technology, broker consolidation etc.
Liaises with the wider team (pricing, product, operations, marketing, claims, business standards et) to ensure internal stakeholders are aligned to the businesses strategies and priorities.
