You should be passionate about web technologies, have a good understanding of website security and secure development techniques and an interest in E-Commerce.

Duties

Supervise a team of 4/5 developers promoting by example principles of good software design and development.

Conduct code peer review and personal development meetings, ensuring best practice is followed and a consistent high quality of coding and a strong work ethic is maintained.

Assign and monitor pipeline items in the sprint and ensure any impediments raised by the team are addressed quickly. Ensure the teams deliverables meet the acceptance criteria given.

Lead daily stand ups and attend sprint planning and review meetings with other team members and stakeholders.

Participate in the system architecture design process contributing to the development of secure, efficient, reliable and scalable solutions for the business.
