Harper Adams University is an award-winning institution with a long and prestigious track record in the development of RICS-accredited Land and Property Professionals. We seek a Lecturer to join our Land and Property Management team, teaching on RICS accredited courses.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to become an integral part of our academic team. Ideally you can offer us expertise in some of the following areas: valuation, land, property and tenancy law, estate management, the environment, taxation, agency and international property markets. Relevant professional or academic experience will be valued, and if you are a chartered surveyor so much the better. You will play a key role in the delivery of a variety of modules for apprenticeship, undergraduate and postgraduate students and be responsible for managing relationships with placement employers. A desire to support young people as they develop their professional careers is important.
Applications are welcomed from those interested in teaching on a full or part-time basis. We may also consider a job share between two more recent graduates interested in combining teaching with postgraduate study or professional practice.

If you have any queries or questions or for an informal discussion please contact rpayne via email at rpayne@harper-adams.ac.uk

For further information about the University or to see full job description, please visit our website at www.harper-adams.ac.uk

This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of criminal records via the Disclosure and Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed. This will include details of cautions, reprimands or final warnings, as well as convictions.
