Are you passionate about working in the Circular Economy as a Marketing and Communications Assistant? This is a hands-on and dynamic position providing support to the Executive Leadership Team (CEO/COO/CMO/CFO). This is an exciting opportunity to work for an inclusive and innovative organisation working in a fast growing, fast moving industry.
This role will suit someone who has experience in a communications role and who now wants to make a significant contribution to a small team, improving our communications by sharing their knowledge and experience. You will be used to using a range of channels and communication packages and enjoy working on multiple tasks simultaneously.
In this role you be required to carry out the following tasks:
Required skills for this role include press release writing, project management, independent working, events
Assisting with pitch decks and proposal creation
Writing press releases and copy to support online and offline communications
Support the Executive Assistants including responding to email and telephone calls to clients, suppliers and partners and working on corporate projects and collaborations.
Managing the company’s social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, by scheduling daily posts as well as engaging in groups and responding to comments.
Using LinkedIn to generate content and perform outreach to potential clients and partners
Updating the company website as necessary using Squarespace.
Managing internal communications.
Working with external suppliers for SEO, PPC and Web Development.
Creating and distributing email campaigns.
Helping produce communications collateral and assets, such as graphics, posters, videos etc. ensuring all communications meet brand guidelines
Providing administrative support, such as updating spreadsheets and distribution lists
Designing and updating marketing materials such as pitch decks and templates.
Contributing ideas and suggestions towards the marketing strategy and development.
General support and lead generation for the Sales & Marketing team.
Other ad hoc duties as required

Strong time management and prioritising skills
Reasonable IT skills and can pick up and adapt to new things quickly
Degree level education
Good at basic design/layout and/or making charts/graphs/slide decks/excel
Good English writing skills
Working from home during COVID otherwise at our London or Berlin offices
