We have an amazing opportunity for you to join us as Marketing Executive, where you’ll lead the marketing activity across a portfolio of our fabulous new build homes, marketed under our Persona Homes brand. You’ll be supporting our sales teams to generate quality leads and help ensure our homes are reserved off plan. This is a super exciting time to join us in our strategic priority to build (and sell!) the right homes in the right locations for our customers.
You’ll be using your artistic spark to implement marketing strategies and campaigns across all our sites, guiding and supporting our sales teams. It doesn’t matter if you’re based in the North or South, we’re flexible on where you can be based as you’ll be marketing our new homes across any of our operating regions in England.
There’s loads to get your creative juices flowing from identifying target audiences and unique selling points for individual developments, creating design briefs, marketing materials and working with suppliers. You’ll be managing integrated campaigns to generate new sales enquiries as well as creating editorials, newsletters, web and digital advertising and property portals such as Rightmove.
You’ll be reporting to Nic our Marketing Delivery Manager, who loves anything to do with marketing new homes (the more creative the better!). He is passionate about working collaboratively with our sales teams to design campaigns which excite customers and help us meet our targets.

A bit about you
You’ll have an awesome knowledge of sales and marketing, with a background in online property advertising. You’re going to really impress us with your design flair, innovative approach and sharp attention to detail (let’s hope you spot no typos here!). You’ll have brilliant IT skills, able to use media software packages and if you have previous experience of marketing affordable homes on shared ownership tenures and outright sales that would be the cherry on the cake (or should we say the sold sign on the door!)
You’ll need to be numerate and confident in using a wide array of data to help make decisions on how best to market our homes, along with carefully managing the budgets across your portfolio. You’ll be a real ‘people person’ as you’ll be working within a close-knit team alongside our colleagues in sales, plus other stakeholders across the business. We’re looking for someone who is super organised, can juggle multiple projects and likes to have work planned out well in advance.
Where you’ll work
We need you to travel between sites, so you need to be able to drive with access to a vehicle insured for business purposes.
Where flexible on where you based, as you’ll be marketing developments anywhere across our national portfolio. We are currently working mainly from home, and when we can return to the office (when we see the back of COVID - let’s hope that’s really soon) you can be based from any of our main offices in London, Leeds or Newcastle.
