Due to our continued success, we're hiring a Senior Consultant to join our Transformation and Organisational Change Consultancy Practice within the Government sector. We're passionate about delivering outstanding digital transformation that will make a real difference to people's everyday lives. From design through to delivery, we put people at the heart of everything that we do to drive successful client outcomes.

You'll bring with you a breadth of client-facing consultancy capability and talent and have proven experience of delivering discovery and transformation projects for Government or public sector clients. The projects that you'll lead on will be small to medium in size and you'll have the support of multi-disciplinary teams. It would be great if you have a specialism in one or more of the following: Organisational design and delivery, Digital transformation, Target Operating Model or Change Management.

Salary: £50-70,000 per annum
Benefits: 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund
