Job Title: Senior Software Developer/Programmer

We are looking to recruit an experienced Software developer. Please refer the details below:

Core responsibilities and duties will include:
 
• Designing, developing and maintaining, sustainable Web forms/application and integration, which innovate and add value, improving the services provided
• Designing, developing and maintaining of enterprise level applications & integrations.
• Ensuring any new development and/or changes made are fit for purpose, meet requirements and do not break, damage or degrade the wider digital platform.
• Work with and assist in the maintenance of the development life cycle. Source 
code management, release management, defect and change management.
• Knowledge of Office 365 design, implementation, migration and service 
transition
• Awareness of the Microsoft Power Platforms especially Power Apps
• Awareness and understanding of the full Microsoft service stack from both a 
desktop and server perspective including Active Directory and DNS.
• Work as part of the Clients BAU support team assisting in all areas of technical 
support. 
• Working within the team on project and application migrations. 
• Be proactive and supportive to the Technical team and provide subject matter 
expertise when applicable
• Working in an agile development environment - using scrum methodologies, 
continuous integration,
• Azure Devops

 
Specialist Skills and Knowledge
 
Essential skills, knowledge and experience required to fulfil the role include, but are not limited to:
 
• Experience of Development within Microsoft (O365, Forms, SharePoint .. using 
cloud-based technologies such as PowerApps, Power Automate)
• Significant successful experience of technical innovation through solution 
design and development, within a large-scale programmed/project environment
• Substantial experience of successful delivery using AGILE methodologies, ensuring solutions are refined, fit for purpose, intuitive, customer focused and robust.
• SharePoint development experience in both SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 and 
SharePoint Online
• Microsoft development experience in C# and good knowledge of best practices for .NET development.
• Experience in Application Support for the O365 Suite of products, including SharePoint and Microsoft TEAMS.
• Specific knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript (including frameworks such as 
Angular/React), C#, ASP.NET Core, SharePoint Online/SPFx, SQL Server, PowerShell, Azure AD, Azure platform, available services, Azure Devops & Octopus Deploy. 
• SharePoint development experience in both SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 and SharePoint Online
• Microsoft development experience in C# and good knowledge of best practices for .NET development. 
• Strong background in SharePoint solution, implementation, customization, 
workshops, training, Problem Solving
• Experience of .NET stack, good familiarity with SQL database technologies, preferably SQL Server.
• Experience of Office 365 tools including Outlook, OneDrive & Teams
