Delphi Services Ltd, is in demand of recruiting 2 Business Analysts - Mid Level to join the IT technical, management team and support the organisation in delivering the project needs with current focus on below skill set.

The ideal candidate is expected to own the split tasks between client needs operating within recruitment domain, CRM development, broadcasting domain and assist internal strategy IT Bid development team.

Essential Skills/Role:

Collaborate with all levels of business users/readiness teams distributed remotely.
Works with wider IT community as required to understand the needs of IT delivery or reissues.
Effectively capture, document, and manage business need (including shaping and scoping ideas, aligning to business strategy and business goals, eliciting business requirements, and ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle)
Work closely with a range of senior stakeholders from both the business and technical teams, to ensure that we deliver simply brilliant products and services to our customers, and cutting-edge IT to client staff.
Working within our IT Business Analysis team, you will lead the analysis effort on significant and often market leading projects, through owning and facilitating the requirements process and providing analytical and commercial insight to drive solutions.
Identify training needs and guide for skills development to support any delivery, if needed.
Own/perform GAP analysis to check compatibility of the existing system infrastructure with new Business requirements.
Cross-functional skills of Project Management, Data Analysis, Data Modelling/Warehousing, database schema generation and testing.

Qualifications/ Experience:

Degree/Diploma with 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent at client relationship management
Business process analysis experience
Process focus and detail-orientated without losing bigger picture.
Commercial awareness and understanding of business environments.
Having any consultancy experience and or experience within our client demand domain knowledge, will be an added advantage.
