About this position

A rapidly expanding London real estate developer with excellent career progression opportunities and new residential sites starting this year, is looking for a dynamic chartered QS. Our enthusiastic and results focused culture will suit surveyors who are looking for professional growth.

Job description, role and responsibilities

  • Quantity surveying.
  • Employer agent and bank monitoring duties.
  • Project management.
  • Pre and post contract preparation and administration.
  • Feasibility and cost planning.
  • Involvement in preparation of real estate schemes for planning submissions.
Skills, experience and qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in a London high end consultancy firm or equivalent.
  • Chartered surveyor diploma, MRICS qualified.
  • University degree in quantity surveying or equivalent.
  • London residential projects employer agent experience or equivalent.
  • Project management experience a plus.
