The Role: Chief Operating Officer Help drive development and prospecting new business opportunities in the USA Take on responsibility for the company’s fundraising effort and investor relations, specifically in the USA Help design, plan and implement business strategies, plans and procedures Help set the goals and metrics for business growth and success Establish and manage policies and procedures for the different functions including legal, governance, and operations Drive the recruitment process and Human Resource responsibilities Remuneration: £40,000 Full time - 39 hours per week
