The day job:
We're recruiting for Consultants with a hunger and desire to learn to join our growing consultancy team. You'll support our Senior Consultants and Consulting Managers on exciting transformation projects and assignments. As you learn and grow in your career - you'll take the lead on your own activities on smaller projects. If you have experience in one or more of the following, we'd love to hear from you: business process re-engineering; continuous improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma); operating model design; data & analytics; business and technical requirements capture & assessment; programme and organisational change.
Ideally, you'll have:
Degree level education or equivalent, typically in Business, Information Technology or Engineering, including Apprenticeships
Some experience of client-facing Consulting from a recognised business
An understanding of core Consulting methodology
