This is an exciting new role to join a growing Marketing team. We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Content and Communications Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content that engages customers and builds brand recognition.
Your main duties will also include creating informative content both internally and externally. This may include but is not limited too; case studies, blogs, brochures, press releases, articles, and media opportunities to share our company's brand, products, and services. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with brilliant presentation and organizational skills.
This role will need to work with multiple stakeholders across the business to create compelling content to resonate with the audiences.
What you will do:
• Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials. • Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction. • Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials. • Work with different marketing departments to generate new ideas and strategies. • Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication ready. • Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions. • Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner. • Work with key stakeholders within the business to understand our USP and create a content strategy. • Use content to build thought leadership in the marketplace. • Manage own activity to ensure KPIS are achieved.
Your experience will include:
• Extensive experience in Marketing departments, with at knowledge and experience in IT industry • Microsoft Dynamics, Dotmailer, Wordpress knowledge preferred • Understanding of public and private market sectors, market trends, and the competitive landscape • Proven track record in developing & delivering successful campaigns with demonstrable ROI • Good understanding of Channel sales processes and the role of a reseller • An understanding of IT in general, networks, and business critical systems • An understanding of Channel investment, ROI methodology and the ability of the reseller to effect positive or negative change in terms of partner performance
