Due to continuous expansion, we are now looking for an experienced and technology savvy Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team of 60 employees.

About the Role
The goal of this role is to create and execute a world-wide digital marketing strategy and to maximise the exposure of the company’s products and services, brand, and customer achievements, to drive new sales enquiries.
You will be responsible for all Digital Marketing related tasks within a business and the key focus areas will be as follows:
Digital Marketing strategy - develop our world-wide digital marketing strategy across all digital channels to maximise traffic, leads, conversions to deliver a healthy ROI. Implement, track, and optimise our digital marketing campaigns, product launches and SEO/SEM
Website - continuously improving and expanding our website and keeping it up to date with our newest products, case studies, events
Content creation - initiate and supervise creation of audio, video, copies, articles, etc. for our website, social media, and direct marketing
Marcomms - responsible for marketing communications across all our digital platforms, specifically focusing on social media, email marketing, and content marketing
Customer experience - evaluate and improve end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels especially website
Database - expand and maintain marketing prospect and customer database
Branding - maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels, be the brand guardian across the company
Customer Content - liaise with our customers and partners to extract marketing content (images, video clips, comments) for cross-platform marketing exposure e.g. case studies, news stories, social media posts etc
Measure results and report - evaluate efficiency of all digital marketing campaigns and landing pages, produce monthly reports and optimise through A/B testing
BS/MS degree in marketing or related field is ideal but not critical
5+ years of digital marketing experience in B2B
Good understanding of WordPress, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Google Analytics, SEM/SEO, AdWords, social media, paid digital media, and reporting
Technology savvy and proactive in learning about our technology and products
Good copywriting skills: comfortable creating and adapting text for newsletters, social media and website
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and thrive in a complex, fast paced and rapidly growing entrepreneurial company
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
We create and develop advanced camera robotics and virtual graphics technologies for four market segments: virtual production, remote production, camera tracking, and camera robotics. In each one we have top selling established products, recently launched products, and yet to launch products, which combined represent a huge opportunity for the company to expand at 30-50% per year.
