Altus Group has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Account Manager to join our growing Client Services team in Manchester. This is an opportunity to join a premier organisation with international brand recognition and respect.
You will be coached on how to manage a portfolio of small business clients, to whom you will deliver outstanding customer service. You will gather information, ensuring that we have a full knowledge of the client and their property, allowing Altus to deliver great outcomes and maximise client savings and revenue earned during the lifetime of their contract.

What you will do:
Proactively manage a portfolio of commercial clients. You will work with small to medium sized business clients delivering an excellent service and building strong relationships. You will manage client expectations to ensure they understand processes and timescales.
Maintain records. You will ensure Altus Group has collected and entered all of the required documentation about clients to successfully deliver a full service.
Manage processes. You will work with other departments to ensure we deliver the best possible outcome for our clients, escalate any issues to Team Leader/Senior Account Manager as and when they arise.
Grow accounts. You will actively seek opportunities to generate extra business.

The drive. You are goal-oriented and motivated by delivering outstanding service to clients.
The communication skills. You have an exceptional telephone manner and the comfort to reach out to clients directly. You can compose professional emails and create reports.
The technical skills. You are comfortable with MS Office, and you enjoy learning new tools quickly.
