We require an Implementation Specialist to join the team who will build and maintain an overarching knowledge of the end to end workflows and processes, using that expertise to establish efficiency improvements. A key member of the Implementation Team, you will be competent in developing and documenting implementation plans to client needs and be able to actively identify risks and dependencies throughout the process. This role will require involvement in the full project life cycle from the initial project technical proposal through to analysis, design, implementation and subsequent production rollout and support.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in technical delivery of integration projects between internal and external parties Provide technical integration knowledge and experience during planning and the delivery phases of integration projects Design, code, test, and document complex scripts and assist team members with implementation processes and troubleshooting Provide support in coding and development processes and techniques Ensure quality of code through test-driven development and deployment Stay up to date with developments in web applications and programming languages Be the technical point of contact to deliver a solution to a customer and manager support issues Work directly with the customer and develop best practice workflows based on decisions from different system decision making groups and translate the information into the application build Design, develop and deploy solutions within the company’s architectural principles Provide support to team members in project implementations as necessary This list of duties is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be asked to carry out other duties through discussion with their line manager.
BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Skills and abilities Essential:
Systems (computer/SAAS) – Able to quickly learn and efficiently use company systems, comfortable with technology, able to analyse and report on data, update and maintain information. Planning and organising - Plans, organises, schedules and budgets in an efficient, productive manner. Focuses on key priorities. Communication - Speaks and writes clearly and articulately. Maintains standard in all communications. Good problem-solving skills to determine clients’ needs.
Sound understanding of at least one programming language and the ability to understand/write programs.
Understanding of Dicom Image standard. Understanding of networking, PACs, Connectivity. Understanding of integrations pathways.
Creating and maintaining documentation in a regulated environment.
1-2 years in a commercial environment. Demonstrated development experience using a variety of programming languages with emphasis on responsive web development. Using cloud infrastructure.
