1.2 ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are recruiting a Marketing and Office Coordinator to support the activities and growth plan of our recently established UK office.
This role encompasses:
Marketing and Business Development responsibilities (main responsibility)
Office management and administration responsibilities (side activity)
2 Job description and role function
2.1 Marketing and Business Development
Take responsibility for the corporate communication and brand identity management (online and offline)
Design a digital strategy and translate this into an action plan involving several touchpoints (social networks, google, website, newsletter, blog, etc)
Take responsibility for the management and scheduling of an editorial plan
Write the copy for technical posts and articles (in collaboration with the technical department)
Take responsibility for the communication of marketing strategies through participation in regular business development meetings
Carry out periodical SEO analysis
Monitor and update commercial material including company brochures and flyers (in collaboration with the technical department)
Support the web agency in the management of the company website (typos, plugins, website structure, and news page management as well as general editing)
Support the development of market analysis by identifying market scenarios, competitors, targets, and goals.
Support the business development function through marketing strategies and analysis
Contribute to the identification of potential new clients and monitor and update contacts in relevant databases
Provide proactive contributions to the Group business development projects.
Contribute to the strategical preparation for and post-event analysis of fairs, exhibitions, and technical conferences, including coordination of follow-up actions. Participation in these events may also be required.
Manage and monitor procurement platforms such as Achilles FPAL, updating the company profile, checking for work-plans uploaded by potential clients, and gathering client feedback
Manage, with the support of the technical and quality departments, the qualification process on Clients’ portals.
Undertake other reasonable duties, as required.
2.2 Office management and administration
Support the company’s day-to-day activities and carry out related administrative duties
Manage company accounting and tax declarations (in cooperation with CESCOR SRL and with external accountant & business advisors)
Manage HMRC and payroll payments (in cooperation with CESCOR SRL and with external accountant & business advisors)
Act as first point of contact for recruitment purposes, liaising with candidates and filing received applications
Manage annual subscriptions to professional institutes, insurances, contracts and leases
Manage and monitor company’s email inbox and tender alerts (in cooperation with the Director)
Bachelor´s degree in business, marketing or other related field
Experience in B2B digital marketing
Knowledge of accounting and data processing using QuickBooks Online or similar
Full proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (at least Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present at small meetings and to prepare clear and effective written communications and reports
Team player attitude as well as ability to perform and deliver tasks autonomously
