Our Capital Projects teams are responsible for developing and building our Renewables Assets, both onshore and offshore with a focus on maximising the value of our current pipelines, whilst pursuing new markets.

What is the Role?

As a Project Analyst, you'll play a key role supporting the development and construction of an investment portfolio of c. 30 Offshore and Onshore Capital Projects, to drive significant Business Growth in the UK, Ireland and Internationally.

Working closely with the PMO Manager and Project Services Manager, you'll assist with the successful delivery of Large Capital Projects at all stages of development and construction, including: Strategic Workforce Planning; Management Reporting; Governance; Project Planning; Budget preparation; CapEx management; Risk Management; Document Control; and Portfolio Reporting.

You'll support the development and implementation of consistent Project Services and Project Management standards and processes that will ensure consistency and set performance standards. You'll also be required to handle large volumes of complex data and utilise your analytical skills to draw recommendations for senior stakeholders and leaders across the business.

What do I need?

We are looking for someone who is educated to degree level in business management or an engineering discipline, who has previously worked in a project/PMO Analyst role supporting large Capital Projects.

Proven experience in project planning, risk management, project governance and management reporting is essential. Knowledge of Primavera P6 would also be highly advantageous.

You'll be results orientated with the ability to meet tight deadlines, whilst producing clear and concise information, enabling clear decision making by senior management.
