The Day Job: Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a results-oriented, experienced professional to join our Programme and Project Management (PPM) Centre of Expertise. You will be at the forefront of our technology strategy, and utilise your expertise and skills to; embrace innovation, build effective teams and deliver business benefits. There will be plenty of opportunity to work on a variety of engagements across the UK, working both independently and within programme teams. If you have worked in a Central Government/Local Government/Regional Government environment that would be great!
Maximising a blend of strong delivery, project management and Agile methodology you will build successful business outcomes for our customers. As a strong communicator, you will expertly engage in a persuasive and convincing manner to build credibility with clients and internal partners. Our clients are located across the UK - therefore you must be willing to travel and work away from home as and when required.
Ability to establish appropriate levels of governance and controls throughout the delivery cycle
Confidence to work either as part of a team or as the single representative on a client site
Experience of leading digital transformation projects
Knowledge and experience of using change management methodologies
Background of working in a consultancy or SI organisation would be great
Mentoring junior staff
Providing subject matter expertise to drive continuous improvement within the PPM CoE
