Aon are currently recruiting a Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our team in Mayfair, London. The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for supporting the wider team in several different areas, including portfolio modelling and analytics, market research, investment due diligence and making investment recommendations for advisory client portfolios including a number of global real estate programs.

About the Role

Your impact as a Real Estate Investment Consultant: 
 
  • Providing analytical support for client strategy development and efficient portfolio planning. 
  • Assisting in evaluating and recommending new investments. 
  • Operating and refining various portfolio models and analytical tools. 
  • Monitoring client portfolios and the performance of existing investments. 
  • Conducting performance measurement and attribution analysis for client portfolios. 
  • Assisting in the drafting of client-friendly quarterly performance reports. 
  • Responding to ad-hoc requests from clients and underlying managers.
  • Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

About you

Your knowledge and expertise:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in real estate, investment management, finance or a related field. 
Work experience in a related or relevant field preferred. 
A strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 
Demonstrable interest in real estate and the broader real assets investment class. 
Detail orientated with excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills. 
Self-starter, capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. ...
