The day job
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a lasting career in Automation (RPA). A number of exciting projects including BAU will keep you constantly learning.
You will be key in the design and development of Blue Prism process solutions in accordance with Blue Prism design principles, building end to end automation process solutions.
This role will require the creation and maintenance of Process Definition Document (PDD) to capture the design, process flow and technical specification of each RPA process.
This would suit a recent graduate where there has been a focus on RPA or somebody in the beginning stages of their career within this area.
Manage Blue Prism solutions through design, build, test and change management.
Interacts with Subject Matter Experts in business process, technical support and infrastructure teams.
Constantly refining the process for identifying, designing and building suitable automated processes.
Maintain the virtual workforce in accordance with business SLA’s.
Resolve RPA incidents, reduce process exceptions.
You need to have:
Blue Prism developer accreditation.
Technical experience in Robotic automation using the RPA tool and in-depth technical knowledge on the RPA tool
Excellent attention to detail
Sound knowledge of Excel, formulas and macros
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to adapt to change
It would be great if you had:
Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma process methodologies
Good interpersonal skills for communicating with management, employees and third parties
Strong communication skills
Good organization and personnel management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
