The day job
Currently looking for a UX Designer to join our growing Service Design Practice. As part of the practise you will gain exposure to a variety of programmes and projects involving some of the latest technologies and approaches within the industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • You'll be working across all things UX, from groundwork research through to rapid prototypes
  • UX research for multi-platform projects, optimising user journeys and product interactions
  • Working on multiple projects from prototype to launch in a fast paced environment
  • Proactively look for opportunities for reuse, to adhere to style guides and uniformity within and across projects
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary project teams, liaising between creative, technology and business teams
  • Present design deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
  • Working in collaboration with passionate people in an open and creative environment
  • Relaying project framework to the digital design team
  • Providing inspiration and motivation to your team members
  • Promote design thinking and advocate design principles and best practices

Essential Skills

  • Proven industry experience and strong work samples which demonstrate your process and the finished project
  • Ability to work collaboratively with experts in UX and digital design to deliver the best results
  • Operating as a competent designer with exposure to a variety of tools
  • Experience develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs 
  • Ability to find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
  • Proficient in design software (e.g. Sketch, Axure, Figma and Adobe CC)
  • Driven, hardworking and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Skills: 

  • Previous experience within government services 
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
