We are pleased to offer one exceptional candidate the opportunity to join the Business as a Service Delivery Manager.

You'll be the primary interface between the Sales & Service teams, promoting collaborative working behaviours, supporting retention, and delivering consistent and valued account management to our existing Strategic customers. You'll focus on process improvement to ensure we are consistently delivering an excellent service to our customers.

You'll be responsible for managing, maintaining, and strengthening the customer relationship whilst protecting the commercial position of the contract. Working closely with our key customers, you will provide support to commercial negotiations on renewals and maximising value.

You will support customers that need to undertake a metering recertification programme due to the age of their meters (purchased or leased), this may involve project management of such programmes.

You will organise and lead regular review meetings with the customer ensuring outputs are clearly documented and issues resolved in a timely and expedient manner. You will be responsible for managing and updating key account plans and associated reporting.

Due to the technical requirements of our customers, it is essential that the successful candidate comes from a supplier background with strong knowledge of all aspects of metering.

This position is field based with travel to customer sites across the Southern regions as well as occasional travel to our own offices (London, Ipswich, or Northampton).
