Drax Group are playing a vital role in helping change the way energy is generated, supplied, and used. Generating 11% of the UK's renewable energy supply, we're committed to enabling a zero carbon, lower cost energy future.
As we move ever closer to a coal free future, biomass becomes increasingly more important to our business strategy and you will have a direct contribution to our success. As many coals fired power plants close around us, we are charging ahead with an energy revolution. Along with moving away from coal we are piloting the first bioenergy carbon capture storage projects, the first of its kind in Europe, and if successful could make our renewable energy carbon negative. If you're as passionate about protecting the future as we are then you'll fit right in.
