We have a fantastic opportunity for a Software Trainer for someone who loves training. Training workshops and webinars are your bread and butter and what gets you up in the morning with a smile!
You need to be passionate about teaching people how to use application software, and you get a thrill from developing training content and materials, running training workshops and delivering effective webinars, and watching your customers learn and develop their knowledge and skills, to enable them to better utilise their software and build their businesses.
The Role As part of the Customer Experience team dedicated to supporting our customers throughout their journey with accessplanit, the Software Trainer will be the champion of customer education.
The primary objective of the Trainer role is to ensure that customers are fully trained on the system in order to maximise customer product adoption and minimise the amount of technical support required to achieve business results.
This role will include some travel to customer locations within the UK.
The Ideal Candidate You are organised, confident and engaging with your audience, and can deliver high quality software training sessions to mixed groups of people, technical and non-technical. Above all, you're passionate about being a trainer and driven to ensuring your customers are satisfied, happy and enthusiastic about using the software.
To be considered for the role of Software Trainer candidates must have:
2 year’s experience of software training with a minimum of 3 full training implementations
Demonstrable classroom and webinar training skills
Demonstrable skills in remote presentation platforms e.g. Zoom & Teams
Ability to develop training material in line with customer needs
Experience of managing a number of different stakeholders within a training environment
Planning, organising and prioritisation skills
Excellent communications skills written/ oral
Resilient and resourceful
